All workshops are on Sunday for 3 hours over 6 weeks, every other week.

Beginning Stretching
Learn the core tools and build our community We start with the the foundations of powerful relationships, how to avoid pitfalls and set the context for the coming weeks. |
Week 2July 3, 6:30-9:30pm
Core Work
Strengthen your core. Dig into your communication history, learn how you've learned to communicate and then start the work of creating new communication muscles that will improve your entire life. |
Week 3July 17, 6:30-9:30pm
Losing Weight
Get lean! Get in relationship with your critic and drop the weight it holds on you. Transform your relationship with blaming & shaming yourself and others. |
Week 4July 24, 6:30-9:30pm
Toning
In this week you'll be strengthening your boundary muscles by practicing compassionate honesty and holding clear boundaries. Here we'll combine the lessons of martial arts with communication techniques to embody the practice. Special Guest Teacher: Ken Ingram |
Week 5July 31, 6:30-9:30pm
Spin Class
We'll take our lessons to the next level by combining all we've learned, becoming more fluent and relaxed in the practices. We'll also learn the secret to closing the gap from trigger to resolution. This week we'll learn how to offer heartfelt gratitude, apologies, and forgiveness. |
Week 6August 7, 6:30-9:30pm
Integration
Our grand finale. This will be our time to bring it all together. Integrating our lessons, making commitments to keep the practices going, and staying connected. |

Meet the Trainer
Misha BonaventuraI am the bridge to trust. In my 10 years of training and practice, I've found that trust is the thing that gets broken in any conflict and trust is the thing hardest to rebuild once it's been lost. My approach is a combination of mindfulness, nervous system regulation, and empathy practices. I've found these techniques to be the most efficient path to understanding all the parts of any relationship.
