Mediations are an all inclusive package made up of the following steps.
Initial conversation: During the initial conversation we'll discuss if a Clearing Conversation is right for you. It's a time for you to meet me, hear what I do, and a chance to ask any questions. After you've spoken to me, either you will reach out to the other party to make the introduction to me and request we move forward, or I can send an email or phone call to initiate communication with the other party.
Introductory email: Once all parties have agreed to move forward. I will send out an introductory email with a contract, logistics, outline of the meeting, and tips for making our meeting a success, along with the payment request. Payment can be split between parties or one person may take the entire cost. (See below for payment options.)
Check-in with each person: Prior to our 2-3 hour in-person or video conference meeting, I will have a 30-minute one-on-one phone call with each person. Here, we discuss what has happened from your perspective and your desired outcome for the meeting.
In-person or Virtual meeting: Our in-person or group video conference call meeting will be 2-3 hours depending on number of people involved. I will lead the conversation and take you through each step. At the end of the first meeting we'll decide if another meeting is needed. Most specific incident conflicts can be resolved in 1 - 3 meetings. For anyone wanting ongoing communication coaching we can discuss a plan that can work for you. (Please see the individuals, partners or business page for more information.)
Aftercare call: Each person is offered a post-meeting call to discuss what happened during our meeting, get a reality check, or just decompress after the meeting.
