It's time to flip the script.

Sexual Adulting 101 for *Women

Picture
Most of us internalized elements of the shame, silence, and denial present in mainstream approaches to sexuality without ever becoming aware of it. That can be a huge roadblock to becoming our most informed, empowered, and responsible sexual selves.

In Sexual Adulting 101 for *Women (we accept anyone who identifies as a woman), we're starting a new conversation about what it means to be a sexual adult. This is a 7-week cohort for women that want to explore with other women and will give you the information and tools we all need to become more aware of the forces that shaped you, effectively communicate about your needs and desires, and keep yourselves and your partner(s) safe.

America's dominant sexual culture, rooted in shame, denial, and silence, stands in the way of becoming our most empowered, actualized sexual selves.

It's time to flip the script and reclaim our right to sexual pleasure, relational skill, and self-knowledge.

For most of us, none of our schooling prepared us to be responsible, sexually empowered women.

Here's what they didn't teach you in high school sex ed:
1. Sexual exploration is your birthright. Sexual shame isn't.
2. Sexual relationships can be really hard -- and they're made harder by not knowing what we want or how to ask for it.
3. Sex comes with risks - it's up to us to educate ourselves so we can be responsible about evaluating, managing, and communicating about them.

Sexually fulfilling partnerships are within reach -- and we want to help you get there. Sexual Adulting 101 is for women who want hotter sex, deeper connection, amazing relationship(s) and personal growth.

What do I want? What does my partner want? Do we even know? What do we do when we want conflicting things?

*** Anyone who is woman identified welcome. We are LGBTQIAPK friendly.
